“Having done Nordic skiing/trekking elsewhere in the world, we weren’t sure what to expect in New Zealand. And, having lived in New Zealand for many years, we weren’t sure what the Two Thumbs Range would be like. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique offerings and exceptional delivery of our adventure, a 4-day trip in the Two Thumbs Range in late August.

Axel made flexible arrangements for our party of 4 and provided us with excellent gear and guides. Simon and Shea were a great match for our group, allowing us to go in different directions with different gear while meeting up for lunches together. The food was superb and well presented. Laughter and good cheer rang from the hut each evening.

Overall, a fantastic experience! Great folks and great memories!”
