How to book your trip

 Fill out the enrolment form

Each person taking part on an Alpine Recreation trip, is required to fill out our enrolment form. The details provided need to be for the person who will take part on the trip. Any information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential.

 Pay the deposit fee

A non-refundable per-person deposit is payable to secure a booking:

  • NZ$300 for 1-2 day trekking and snowshoeing trips
  • NZ$500 for 3+ day trekking and snowshoeing trips, courses and ski tours
  • NZ$1000 for private guiding, expeditions and custom trips
  • NZ$1500 for high-commitment guided ascents

Please refer to the relevant product page for the minimum deposit amount applicable to your trip. The remaining balance of the trip price (including any applicable discounts) is due 60 days prior to departure. If you are booking within 60 days of the trip start, the full amount will be due.

 Booking confirmation

You will receive a formal confirmation of booking once we have received your completed enrolment form and deposit payment. We will send you an invoice for your remaining payment.

60 days prior to departure you will be required to pay the balance payment.
