Pay the deposit fee

A non-refundable per-group deposit is payable to secure a booking:

• NZ$100 for Rex Simpson Hut bookings

Full payment of hut fees is required to be settled when the key is collected (or can be paid in full at time of booking).

 Booking confirmation

You will receive a formal confirmation of booking once we have received your completed booking form and deposit payment.

 Pay remaining hut fees

We will send you an invoice for your remaining payment. Full payment of hut fees is required to be settled when the key is collected (or can be paid in full at time of booking).

 Collect the key

Your key will be ready for collection at Edelweiss Lodge, 8 Erebus Place, Lake Tekapo on the start date of your booking. Please let us know what time you will be in Tekapo.
